Q. Can my pets stay with me?
Pets may stay in all rooms. Up to two small/medium dogs each weighing 25kg or less may stay. Additional nightly fees payable are JPY 4,500 for the first pet and JPY 3,500 for the second (tax included).
Additionally, a fixed-sum deposit of JPY 20,000 is payable if you are staying with up to two pets.
The deposit must be made before you check in and will be returned to you after you check out if you complete your stay without incident in accordance with the Pet Accommodation Policy.
We also require you to submit a signed copy of the Pet Accommodation Policy and vaccination certificates (rabies and five-in-one vaccine).
Q. Is parking available?
Paid parking is available in our contractual parking space (reservation required).
Parking fees are JPY 2,200 per night.
Only one space is available, so please also consider using the nearby paid parking lot.
Q. Do the residences have kitchens?
The residences are equipped with their own kitchens for you to use.
Q. Do you have a laundry service or coin laundry?
We do not provide a laundry service or coin laundry, but each residence has a washing machine with dryer function (washer-dryer combo).
Laundry detergent is also provided.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Times may differ on some plans.
Q. Can I store my luggage somewhere before checking in or after checking out?
We apologize, but as this is an unmanned accommodation facility, we cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Q. Can you provide a receipt?
If you require a receipt, please let us know in advance and provide your name and delivery address.
We will send your receipt via post or email after you have checked out.
Please note that we generally cannot reissue receipts even if they have been lost.
Q. Can children co-sleep with parents?
Children 3 years and under may stay free of charge if co-sleeping with parents. Please note that separate bedding is not provided.

Late check-in: Please contact us if you will arrive significantly later than your scheduled arrival time.

We provide bath towels and hand towels according to the number of guests.
Q. What are your smoking restrictions?
Smoking is prohibited in all residences, including verandas.
Cigarettes, heat-not-burn tobacco products such as IQOS, and electronic cigarettes must not be used inside the rooms.
