Q. Can my pets stay with me?
Yes, your pets are welcome to stay with you.
• Restrictions: Up to two small/medium dogs each weighing 25kg or less
• Fee: JPY 3,500 per pet per night (tax included)
Additionally, a fixed-sum deposit of JPY 20,000 is payable if you are staying with up to two pets.
The deposit must be made before you check in and will be returned to you after you check out if you complete your stay without incident in accordance with the Pet Accommodation Policy.
We also require you to submit a signed copy of the Pet Accommodation Policy and your pets’ vaccination certificates.
Q. Is parking available?
Parking spaces are available on-site. Up to three vehicles can be accommodated.
Street parking is prohibited, so please ensure you park in the spaces provided.
Q. Do the residences have kitchens?
The residence has a system kitchen (three-zone induction cooktop and dishwasher).
Kitchen appliances (refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, and electric kettle) are also provided.
Q. What types of bath and toilet does the residence have?
The residence features a bathroom, sauna, and outdoor shower.
The bathroom offers natural hot spring water for you to enjoy.
You are also welcome to use the sauna (accommodates up to two people).
Toilets are provided on each floor.
Q. Can I have a BBQ?
BBQs can be booked in advance. Please inform us of your request once you have booked your stay.
Rental equipment is available. The rental fee is JPY 5,000 (tax included).
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 24:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Please let us know your check-in time once you have completed your booking.
Q. Can I store my luggage somewhere before checking in or after checking out?
We apologize, but as this is an unmanned accommodation facility, we cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Q. Can children co-sleep with parents?
Children 3 years and under may stay free of charge if co-sleeping with parents. Please note that separate bedding is not provided.

If you require a receipt, please let us know in advance and provide your name and delivery address.
We will send your receipt via post or email after you have checked out.
Please note that we generally cannot reissue receipts even if they have been lost.
Q. Do you offer early check-in or late check-in/check-out options?
Early check-in: Please contact the Booking Center directly.
Late check-in: Please contact us if you will arrive significantly later than your scheduled arrival time.
Late check-out: Unfortunately, this is not available.

We provide bath towels and face towels according to the number of guests.
As the residence features a pool and sauna, extra towels are provided.
Q. What are your smoking restrictions?
Smoking is prohibited in all residences, including verandas.
Cigarettes, heat-not-burn tobacco products such as IQOS, and electronic cigarettes must not be used inside the rooms.
Smokers are kindly asked to carry a portable ashtray and smoke outdoors.

鎌倉界隈でよく民泊しますが、これまでで一番綺麗で生活しやすいお部屋でした。
ただチェックインがちょっと面倒だったかな?事前に身分証のコピーなども送っていたのに、チェックイン時に再度アップロードが必要で、それとは別に顔写真も撮る必要がありオンライン通話もしなきゃいけなくて少し手間でした。
