Q. Do you have a laundry service or coin laundry?
We do not provide a laundry service or coin laundry, but each residence has a washing machine with dryer function (washer-dryer combo).
Laundry detergent is also provided.
Q. Is parking available?
One free parking space is available per building.
If you have two or more vehicles, please use the nearby Takizawa Municipal Parking Lot (parking fees payable during winter).
Q. Can my pets stay with me?
Yes, your pets are welcome to stay with you.
• Only applies to Residences G and H
• Restrictions: Up to two small/medium dogs each weighing 25kg or less
• Fee: JPY 3,500 per pet per night (tax included)
Additionally, a fixed-sum deposit of JPY 20,000 is payable if you are staying with up to two pets.
The deposit must be made before you check in and will be returned to you after you check out if you complete your stay without incident in accordance with the Pet Accommodation Policy.
We also require you to submit a signed copy of the Pet Accommodation Policy and your pets’ vaccination certificates.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees may vary depending on your plan and booking channel.
Please be sure to check the details in your plan.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Times may differ on some plans.
Q. What types of bath and toilet does the residence have?
All rooms have a bath and toilet. All bathrooms are independent of the toilet room and include a wash space.
Q. What are your smoking restrictions?
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of Residence H. Guests are asked to bring their own ashtray if planning to smoke.
Cigarettes, heat-not-burn tobacco products such as IQOS, and electronic cigarettes must not be used inside the rooms.
Q. Can children co-sleep with parents?
Children 3 years and under may stay free of charge if co-sleeping with parents. Please note that separate bedding is not provided.

Q. Can I store my luggage somewhere before checking in or after checking out?
As our accommodation facilities are unmanned, we do not provide luggage storage, but the Snow Country Tourism Activity Center can store your luggage for you.
Opening hours: 9:00–18:00
Fee: JPY 500 per item
Q. Is there a public bathhouse?
Unfortunately, we do not have a public bathhouse.
Q. How can I register as a member?
You can register as a member on our official website. We also provide member discounts, so we encourage you to sign up.
Q. Are pajamas provided?
We do not provide pajamas. Please bring your own if needed.
Q. How can I dispose of waste?
As an environmentally friendly facility, we provide multiple bins so you can separate your waste by type.
Q. What are the room cleaning arrangements?
We clean rooms after confirming that guests have checked out.
If you have any specific cleaning requests during your stay, please speak to us.

高速道路から近く、宿泊施設も清潔なので毎回よく使っています。 バスタブの水の入手方法が分からなかったのでメッセージを送りましたが、すぐに来て修理してくれました。

鎌倉界隈でよく民泊しますが、これまでで一番綺麗で生活しやすいお部屋でした。
ただチェックインがちょっと面倒だったかな?事前に身分証のコピーなども送っていたのに、チェックイン時に再度アップロードが必要で、それとは別に顔写真も撮る必要がありオンライン通話もしなきゃいけなくて少し手間でした。
